This project consists of installation of approximately twothousand linear feet of underground stormwater pipe, associated inlet, and junction structures along McGee, Hampton, and Seminole. Construction includes new concrete sidewalks and driveway aprons, as well as City Utilities gas and water relocations and renewals within the general project area along Seminole, Hampton, and McGee. All wages paid for work under this Contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri, Sec 290.210 et seq., R.S. Mo., as amended by the Division of Labor Standards, State of Missouri and regulations promulgated by the Division of Labor.
