Renovation of a mixed-use development in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This scope of work is to separate/reconfigure each fire alarm zone in buildings 1, 8 and 16 based upon their location within the facility and reprogram them to operate only when that zone is activated. For example: "Code Red, Building 1, Main Hospital, Ward 2A" and repeat. Vendor will provide USB drive with changes to the programming to COR In addition to the tech or techs performing the reprogramming, the vendor will provide a fire watch anytime the fire alarm panel is in test. The fire watch will contact the operator in the event there is a real-world fire or activation and provide the location of the alarm. All questions must be submitted by email to felicia.simpson@va.gov no later than 2PM (EST) on January 31 2023. The Government reserves the right to not answer questions not meeting this timeline if doing so would result in an amendment requiring and extension of the solicitation and the extension would not be in the best interest of the Government. All responses to questions will be provided on the spot or posted on Federal Business Opportunities no later than February 1, 2023. POP: 04/30/2023 - 04/29/2024
