DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work for which proposals are to be received is for tree trimming, tree removal, brush mowing, stump griding, and herbicidal application for the Lebanon Utilities Electrical System within the City of Lebanon, for a one (1) or three (3) year term in compliance with ANSI A300 Standards on a three (3) year cycle. Notify property owners in advance of performing any Work consistent with Indiana law. . BF&S will distribute electronic copies of the Request for Proposals Guidelines and place Respondents on a Planholders List. RFP Amendments will only be sent to, and responses will only be accepted by, prospective Respondents which appear on the Planholders List. No Respondent may withdraw their proposal within a period of 60 days following the date set for the receiving of proposals. The Owner reserves the right to retain any and all proposals for a period of not more than 60 days and said proposal shall remain in full force and effect during said time.
