ADDITIONAL QUOTATION INFORMATION In addition to the 36 in. digging bucket and the 60 in. ditch bucket, a third bucket is required. This one is requested according to the same characteristics as the 36 in. digging bucket, but this one must instead be equipped with removable teeth with a wider profile (flare type), the whole provided in a quantity allowing to eliminate as much as possible the space between teeth. Provide the pre-manufacture drawing for approval. Provide with the bucket an additional set of spare teeth of the same type. DELIVERY FOB DESTINATION The costs of packaging, transport and unloading of the goods, as well as all the related risks, will be borne by the purchaser, and this, up to the agreed place. The supplier who does not respect this condition of the contract may be the subject of an unsatisfactory performance report, and this, without reducing the possible recourses of the CGER and without prejudice to the damages and interest that it may claim from the supplier.
