This project is for the furnishing and applying of herbicide to approximately 5.6 million square feet of city property in years 2023 and 2024. The various application locations include curb and gutter, gravel shoulders, gravel maintenance roads, storm basins, vacant ROW and medians city-wide, in accordance with these special provisions, manufacturer's product label instructions, and applicable Local, State and Federal Laws & Regulations. The City cannot guarantee receipt of all bidder documentation to outside third-party centers. Online Chat is available from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MT electronically top left corner. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick.
