For Union County High School Gym Roof Sealed proposals must be submitted to Union County Finance Office, 300 Main Street, Maynardville, Tennessee 37807. Response must reference "BID 0115 - UCHS GYMNASIUM ROOF REPLACEMENT". Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond naming Union County Public Schools as obligee thereof, underwritten by a surety company, satisfactory to the Owner, in the sum of 5% of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder shall forfeit plan deposit of $350.00. Bidding instruments including Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents will be available electronically
