Renovation of a municipal facility in Montrose, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,300-square-foot municipal facility.
Montrose County is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to upgrade the HVAC for Meeting Room 4 in the Event Center including, installing forced heat and air, removal of current heaters and evaporative coolers, and any necessary relocation of lighting and speaker systems to accommodate. The project will take place at the Montrose County Event Center, 1036 N 7th Street, Montrose, Colorado. Removal of unit heaters and swamp coolers, installation of forced heat and cooling system, any necessary relocation of lighting and speaker systems to accommodate. County shall retain heaters, swamp coolers, and controls. Contractor will permanently seal and repair damages from the removal of swamp coolers. Contractor will procure, provide, and install all equipment to facilitate the heating and cooling needs of this 5,400 sq/ft room, including necessary controls. Contractor to secure engineering for application HVAC needs If relocation of lighting, speaker, or fire systems are necessary, that should be reflected in the proposal. This is a turnkey project. All removal of existing equipment, installation of new equipment including gas piping and electrical, and relocation of equipment deemed to be relocated.
