Renovation of a residential development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The intent of this Stipulated Price bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Work: Replace the boilers, domestic hot water tanks, air handling units, split system cooling, piping and ducting within the building mechanical room, and upgrade the BMCS. Complete associated electrical work for HVAC changes. Complete a pre and post construction balance of all hydronic and airside systems, as well as additional commissioning activities as specified. Complete abatement on asbestos containing insulation in the existing mechanical room to be removed. Replace the emergency generator and upgrade associated panel and distribution to include heating plant.
