Mount Pleasant Waterworks (Owner) invites interested contractors to submit a pre-qualification application and bid to provide labor, equipment, and materials necessary for construction of the Ventura Villas Water Service Upgrade Project in the Ventura Villas community of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Mount Pleasant Waterworks Fiscal Year 2022 and 2023 water distribution asset class contractors are not required to submit a pre-qualification package with their bid. Project Scope The project consists of the installation of approximately 1,400 LF of 6" PVC water main, 2,000 LF of 4" PVC water main, 90 service lateral replacements, 160 meter boxes and meter relocations, various valves, tie-ins to existing mains, all associated appurtenances, and site restoration of all impacted areas. The Owner will not accept bids from Contractors who fail to submit timely pre-qualification and bid packages.
