SCOPE LTBB receives funding from several sources to provide affordable housing to the LTBB Community Members. As a function of these funds, Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB) has over thirty rental units located within the Tribal Boundaries that the LTBB Housing Department is responsible for managing and providing upkeep and maintenance, including lawncare. One source of that funding is from NAHASDA (Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act) for which 910 and 912 Petoskey St., Petoskey Michigan is one of these locations. LTBB is soliciting lawncare services for May to November of 2023 and 2024 for these NAHASDA Rental Housing Units. Bids should be provided with rates for a two-year span. This is a two-season projected award (May 1, 2023 to November 1, 2023 and May 1, 2024 to November 1, 2024), however, each year is based on upon approval, available funding and signed renewal for each individual year. A. Obtain the necessary equipment, supplies, and materials to accomplish the task of lawn Care and Ground Maintenance services at 910 and 912 Petoskey St., Petoskey, Michigan (Multi Family Apartments). B. Mow lawns, weed whack, trim, prune and general grounds maintenance weekly or more frequently as requested by the LTBB Housing Department. C. Clear leaves and debris from the main sidewalk leading to the main building, ramps, steps, porch and building entrances, as needed. D. Routinely provide lawn care and cleanup of all common areas. E. Properly remove and dispose of leaves and debris it to minimize fire hazard and provide pleasant visual up keep. F. Provide general spring and fall cleanup for all rental and common areas. G. Able to provide services for all addresses from May 1 to November 1, as weather permits. H. LTBB prefers Contractor to provide monthly billing that includes Log each address with date for each time services were provided. I. If damages occur, shall be responsible to make turf, parking lot, and sidewalk and curb repairs in areas where Contractor's equipment damages said areas.
