Site work and renovation of a civil project in Florence, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Principle items of work include but are not limited to: removal of an existing deep well vertical turbine pump, cleaning and geophysical logging of the Sullivan Well, pump testing of the existing well, collection and analyzing water quality samples using a state approved laboratory, video logging of the existing well, installation of a new vertical turbine deep well pump, plus all testing and disinfection of the completed well pump installation, including furnishing a portable engine driven generator for use during construction and capable of operating the well pump. Contract time shall be 120 consecutive calendar daysfrom the effective date shown in the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed for each consecutive calendar day thereafter in the amount as specified herein.
