A timeline for award has not yet been established.** CONTACT: Maritza Felix, Senior Contract Officer PHONE: (520) 837-4107 The Engineer shall be immediately notified if there are changes in the dates and times of the posted NoParking signs. The Contractor shall change the posted signs to read the revised dates and time, and redistribute a revised notification letter to affected residents. No work shall be allowed to commence unless the conditions and requirements of this specification section is adhered to. Failure of the Contractor to abide by this specification section shall be sufficient grounds for the City of Tucson to suspend work. Re-posting of street postings, distribution of notices, and re-mobilization shall be performed by the Contractor per the requirements of the special provisions and these specifications. Contractor shall be charged for the working days for the suspension of the work, including re-posting, re-distributing of notices, all mobilization and demobilization for this scope of work at no additional cost to the City of Tucson. There shall be no separate pay item for the cost of the resident notification and shall be included as a part of the overall project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
