The Bidder to whom the City of Camden proposes to award the Contract will be required to furnish Performance, Maintenance, and Payment Bonds and the necessary insurance certificates as prescribed in the specifications upon the execution of the Contract. Bidders must submit complete and detailed specifications of the product or service, which Bidder proposes to supply. The right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with applicable law is expressly reserved by the authority of the City Council of the City of Camden. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors prior to contract award shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by State Statutes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations. The Bidder must produce current "Certificates of Registration" from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development for itself and each of its subcontractors.
