PURPOSE The CAG is requesting tenders for the acquisition of services for the elimination of hazardous materials for the benefit of the Participating Establishments located in the delivery regions covered by this notice. If additional information or details are provided, they must be the subject of an Addendum. Anyone interested in bidding is invited to attend the virtual information session offered by the CAG. The fact of not participating cannot serve as an excuse or a pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a TENDERER or the SUPPLIER. Each BIDDER is responsible for delegating a representative to this virtual meeting. In addition, the CAG assumes no responsibility vis-à-vis the BIDDERS who did not attend the virtual information session with respect to the information that may have been given during it. Each representative delegated by the BIDDER to attend the virtual information session must send their email address to the following address no later than Thursday, February 9, 2023: pascale.harvey@cag.gouv.gc.ca. An invitation containing the Teams link will then be sent to them by email to allow them to connect to the virtual meeting. The BIDDER is responsible for providing its delegated representative with equipment in good working order to attend the virtual briefing on Teams. The CAG does not publish minutes following the briefing. DURATION OF CONTRACT AND DESCRIPTION OF OPTIONS The Contract provides for an initial term of April 21, 2023 or on the date indicated on the notice of award of April 30, 2025, with 2 years of renewal options of 12 months each. The Government Procurement Center does not require a bid guarantee. Prices are fixed and firm for the entire duration of the initial contract from April 21, 2023 to April 30, 2025. Initial contract: from April 21, 2023 to April 30, 2025 Renewal options: 2 options of 12 months each The Government Acquisitions Center does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders, nor to carry out all or part of the object of the call for tenders. Presentation of Tenders The Tender, including the price schedule, must be completed online on the Call for Health Tenders site https://appeloffres.ca/ of the Government Acquisitions Center. Only Submissions for which the final deposit has been made will be considered. Bidders who have their Health Call for Tenders (AOS) password from the Government Procurement Center have direct access to the site https://appeloffres.ca/. Please note that the passwords acquired while the CAG was acting under the name of Eastern Quebec Supply Group are still valid. Unregistered bidders must follow the instructions in the Registration menu on the site https://appeloffres.ca/ to obtain the terms and conditions for access or registration. Opening of tenders The opening of tenders takes place at the office of the Center for Government Acquisitions and is not public. Applicable agreements The call for tenders and, consequently, the contract are subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA).
