Class of Work: Crack Sealing Question Deadline :-02/10/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Liquidated Damages :- In case the work for a stated project shall not have been substantially completed by the date(s) stipulated by the City in writing therein, the Contractor shall pay to the City as liquidated damages a designated sum per calendar day for the entire period of overrun until the work is substantially completed in accordance with the following Schedule of Deductions and, in addition, the Contractor shall pay without reimbursement the entire cost of all traffic officers, railroad flagmen, inspectors, or other personnel the City Engineer and/or the Chief Engineer of the railroad determines to be necessary during the period of overrun of time.
