Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The intent of this project is to construct an eight foot (8') wide concrete multi-use path along the North side of Perdido Key Drive. The project begins at the western boundary of Perdido Key State Park and will continue to River Road under the intercoastal bridge. The project length is approximately 4.5 miles. The path will provide ADA access with detectable warning mat provided at each cross-street location. All existing driveways will be reconstructed with new asphalt or concrete aprons. Trail bench locations are to be included within the scope. There will be lighted crosswalks to provide access to the State Park recreation areas.
