Renovation of a mixed-use development in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility; and medical facility.
NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, NYSDOL wage rates, MBE/WBE, Apprenticeship program, and Local and Disadvantaged Workforce requirements may apply to this project. A. General Construction Work, including but not limited to, interior renovations of existing Health Lab Building. Primarily consists of demolition of existing lab space, offices, and ancillary spaces. Creating a large conferencing space, painting, and updating finishes. In addition there is exterior site work and the addition of Exterior Insulation and Finish System to Buildings CC , DD, and the Main Entry. B. Electrical Construction Work, including but not limited to, electrical demolition, power, lighting, fire alarm, etc associated with General Construction work scope. C. Mechanical Construction Work, including but not limited to, mechanical demolition, roof top units, ductwork, VAV boxes, controls, dampers, etc. associated with General Construction work scope.
