INVITATION TO BID MANHAN RAIL CROSSING PROJECT The City of Easthampton, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from responsible and eligible bidders for the Manhan Rail Crossing Project in Easthampton, MA in accordance with documents prepared by BETA Group, Inc. The project consists of constructing a raised crosswalk for the rail trail crossing at Payson Ave., widen 450lf of sidewalk, install a rapid flashing beacon, reset granite curb, install new pavement, signage and drainage improvements.
