Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Avondale, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Work included in this Project consists of The work consists of pavement rehabilitation, replacement of fire hydrants, replacement of existing ramps and sidewalk with new ADA ramps and sidewalk, signing, pavement striping, and driveway replacement. Water and Dust Control are to be provided by the Contractor and are considered incidental to the project.. The City is issuing this IFB to secure a qualified General Licensed Contractor to perform the Work and provide Materials as more particularly described in the Specifications attached to this IFB, and incorporated herein by reference. Bidders must submit Bids encompassing the entire Project, inclusive of the related Plans, Specifications, related construction drawings and Reference Documents. Failure to do so may result in a determination that the Bid is non-responsive.
