Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Port Aransas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of March 6, 2023, project was awarded to Mako Contracting, awarded amount is $374,805.92. **As of February 24, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on the first week of March**  Any bid delivered or received after 3:00 pm will not be considered. The project consists of demolition of 592 SF of sidewalk and 68 LF of curb and gutter, construction of 1,319 LF of 6 wide sidewalk with ADA curb ramps and crosswalk striping, and construction of 133 LF of 6 wide wooden boardwalk with observation deck. Bidders must submit a Cashiers or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to City of Port Aransas, or a Proposal Bond from a reliable surety company, payable to City of Port Aransas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into a contract using the forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him.
