*The project is being rebid. *Addendum 1 has been issued. This project is for a building addition and renovations for Larue County EMS. The following work includes but is not limited to: Demolition and repair/replacement of water damaged exterior wall, construction of additional ambulance bay, HVAC system improvement, and construction of a dormitory and bathroom addition to the existing EMS building. Sealed bids are due to the Larue County Judge Executive/Fiscal Court 209 West High Street, Hodgenville, KY 42748 no later than 3:00 pm (EST) on Thursday, July 20th , on the bid form issued by the architect and submitted in triplicate. The bids will be opened and read aloud at a public meeting at that time. The envelope should be marked Larue County EMS Addition & Renovations - Rebid. No decisions will be made at that time. Keyes Architects will then tabulate all bids to present to Larue County Fiscal Court. This project is not a prevailing wage project. The cost of a 100% payment and performance bond must be included in the base bid with a letter showing proof of contractor's bond availability is required at bidding. A bid bond is not required. General Contractors are required to purchase builders risk insurance for the project. This project is to include all applicable sales tax. All general contractors that wish to bid must register with the Architect to receive bid packages, addenda and further information.
