Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of April 28, 2023, project was awarded to American Cleaning Systems, Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** he Truck Wash System shall be a self-service truck wash system that includes an undercarriage wash system, chemical delivery and water storage, and controls as specified further in the following paragraphs. All hardware, system equipment and parts must be properly serviced and lubricated prior to delivery. The Truck Wash System provided by the contractor shall at minimum consist of the following specific parts and sub-systems: 3.2.1 Primary Wash Station: The primary wash station must be self-service and include all hoses, connectors, fittings, wash-bay nozzle, gun, and wand. In addition, all of the following components and features shall be provided and included: 3.2.1.1 Pump Stand: Cat 530 pump stand, minimum 7.5 HP 3-phase motor, belt drive with soap and wax; 3.2.1.2 Hot Water: On-demand hot water heater, Kinetico (or equal) water softener with bypass; 3.2.1.3 Soap/Wax: Wash bay soap container, minimum 55-gallon; Wash bay wax container, minimum 5-gallon; 3.2.1.4 Wall Mount and Center Boom: Wall Mount hardware and supplies including centermount boom hardware and supplies. 3.2.1.5 All necessary hoses, connectors and fittings; 3.2.1.6 Wash bay nozzle, gun, wand, and wand holder
