Renovation of a military facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting Proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required for the replacement of existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system including, but not limited to: replacement of Air Handler Units (AHUs) and associated ductwork and piping. The Contract Term will commence on the date of Notice to Proceed and will consist of two hundred and seventy (270) calendar days for base scope (including lead time for equipment/materials) following the Notice to Proceed date at 6:00PM for substantial completion of construction phase. Anticipated contract start date 7/24/2023 Scope of work includes the replacement of HVAC systems, lights and ceilings at the TWC Trinity facility. Respondents questions due 6/28/2023 5:00 PM CT
