The Columbia Township Board of Supervisors will be accepting sealed bids for the following materials: 360 ton (more or less) PennDot approved type 4 anti-skid cinders to be delivered to the Township Building on Austinville Road by September 1, 2023. 360 ton (more or less) NON PennDot approved 50% ^ black cinder nuggets with 50% fines to be delivered to the Township Building on Austinville Road by September 1, 2023. All bidders must provide a sample of black cinders at bid opening meeting. 480 ton (more or less) PennDot approved unwashed 1B Stone delivered to the Township Building on Austinville Road. 12,000 ton (more or less ) of 1 ^ inch minus 2RC from #1 parent rock that must meet Penn State DSA moisture specifications to be tailgate spread. Minimum 4 trucks. Scheduled by Foreman and/or Road Master. Some of the above to be delivered to the stock pile at the Township Building at the discretion of Foreman and/or Road Master. 6,000 gallons (more or less) of low sulfur, clear, non-taxed, off-road diesel fuel to be delivered to the Township Building on Austinville Road to our above ground tank. Must have machine printed slip designating number of gallons being delivered Columbia Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bids must be based on rack price of January 15, 2023.
