VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE 2023 SEWER TELEVISING PROJECT VoBG-2023-05 INVITATION FOR BIDS Public notice is hereby given by the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake County, Illinois that sealed bids will be received electronically through the Village's Vendor Registry for the 2023 Sewer Televising Project. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Bank Cashier's Check or Certified Check in the amount of FIVE (5) percent of the total bid amount made payable to the Village of Buffalo Grove shall accompany the bid. This work is subject to the wage provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. 820 ILCS 130/0/01 et seq. and the Illinois Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Projects Act. 820 ILCS 265/1 et seq relative to prevailing wages of laborers, mechanics, and other workers employed in any Public Works as amended by Public Acts 86799 and 86693. The Village of Buffalo Grove reserves the right to reject any and all bids and bidders and to waive all technicalities. All bid proposals submitted shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days. The Village reserves the right to award to any bidder based on negotiation with any and all bidders after receipt of bids.
