This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound (the "Town") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for for House Demolition at 35 Wood street, Additional Proposal Price to Demolish storage building adjacent to museum property. The House Demolition must be completed to accommodate the future plan to redesign the corner at Wood and Isabella, add a green space to the property and add a sidewalk to the existing road. The Barn up by the museum property to be Demolished and turned back into woodland as the building is not utilized anymore and is in disrepair.
