The work will take place on Ontario Street and Forest Avenue in the Village of Oak Park, Cook County, beginning East of Marion Street to South of the Austin Gardens Park Alley on Forest Avenue. The Village of Oak Park reserves the right to issue plans and specifications only to those contractors deemed qualified. All prospective bidders must prove they are pre-qualified by the Illinois Department of Transportation by providing a certificate of eligibility to the Engineering Division at which time a password will be issued for access to the online bid documents.
