Calhoun County is seeking bids for asphalt emulsions for use by the Calhoun County Road Department (CCRD) in Marshall, MI for seal coating and spray patching. CCRD used approximately 325,000 gallons in 2021-2022 and estimates their 2023 usage at 300,000 gallons. The length of the proposed contract will be for a one-year term, commencing on the date of award, with the option to renew for one year upon mutual agreement by both parties. Bid prices shall remain firm for the course of this contract.
