Job: 22-0894.0100 The Project provides for the removal and replacement of approximately 120 linear feet of corrugated metal pipe (CMP) with 5X8 reinforced concrete box (RCB), 15 & 36 diameter concrete pipe collar, 2- 15concrete pipe connection to RCB, and replacement of Three (3) inlets. Construction will also include surface restoration including concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, Pavement repair, sod, and other items. Construction will occur in existing right-of-way, existing drainage or utility easements, and temporary construction easements obtained for this project. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. Each Bidder shall upload and/or file with their bid a cashier check, certified check, or bid bond drawn on an acceptable bank in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid Bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders, with the exception of the second qualifying bidder, at such time as their bids are rejected. All bidders shall verify that they have considered all issued addenda. Any addenda issued during the time of bidding shall be covered and included in the bid. There will be no clarifications or exceptions allowed on the Bid. Bids are for a total bid package, and total contract price. Each bid shall be made on a proposal form included with the bid documents. An officer of the firm making such proposal shall properly execute all proposal forms. Bids received after the time and date above specified shall not be considered.
