The Project consists of lawn refurbishment, removal and/or planting of new greenery, removal and/or installation of fencing, new concrete patio, removal and/or installation of new exterior pole lighting, tree removal and/or tree pruning, tree planting. Project Locations: 125 Nonotuck St, 70 Walnut St, 475 Maple St, 68 Cabot St, 21 Bowers street, 121 Nonotuck street Holyoke, MA 01040 The work is estimated to cost $316,000.00 Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid deposit that is not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all Alternates) and payable to the Holyoke Housing Authority.Labor and Materials Payment Bond: The successful General Bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract amount.Performance Bond: The successful General Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract amount.Plan deposit: $50.00 per set, certified or cashier's check only, payable to Project dog, Inc. Deposit will be refunded for up to 2 sets upon return of the sets in good condition within ten (10) days of receipt of bids. Otherwise, the deposit shall be property .The cost of each bond shall be included in the bid price. Bonds shall be with a surety company qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and be acceptable to the Holyoke Housing Authority.
