Renovation of a multi-residential development in Milford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Project consists of but not limited to: Project consists of replacement of FPE electrical panelboards at the 200-1 family housing development, Luby Ave. (5 units only), and at the elderly resident site 667-1 Fairfield Ct. Fairfield Ct. will also have its fire alarm system replaced/upgraded. Three other sites 689- 1 Willow Ct., 689-2 Vicki Lane, and 667-4 New Birmingham Ct. will have their fire alarm systems replaced/upgraded. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the MILFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000.
