New River Chamber at the Montgomery Locks and Dam on the Ohio River in Monaca, PA. This project will construct a new nominal 600-foot length by 110-foot width lock chamber, along with all features necessary to operate the chamber. The New River Chamber will be constructed in the footprint of the existing 360-foot length by 56-foot width auxiliary river chamber at Montgomery Locks and Dam. **IMPORTANT: The Federated Model and Geotechnical Baseline Report files are too large to post. The Estimated Magnitude of Construction is over $500,000,000. As noted below, offerors shall not submit their proposal via ProjNet. Offerors shall submit their proposal in accordance with the provisions stated in the Solicitation.
