Salt Lake County invites you to submit your response as directed in this Request for Proposal for Sewage Canal and Tributary Improvements Anticipated Notice to Proceed February 28, 2023 The term of the agreement is from execution of a written agreement for a one year period and may be renewed by amendment for nine additional one year periods to allow for any changes to work requirements and available funding each year. The County may negotiate unit prices in future years based on actual work being performed. The following needs for the Sewage Canal and tributary facilities have been identified by the County: 1. Design and install replacement for diesel pumps for the City Drain pump station 2. Capacity analysis and identification of issues 3. Erosion control / mitigation Sewage Canal Channel and maintenance road 4. Two (2) private property access culvert replacements on City Drain 5. Maintenance bridge and right of way access along Sewage Canal There is potential for contaminated soils in the vicinity of project facilities. Final day to submit questions February 10, 2023, by 1:00 pm
