This project is the new construction of a new 3 story, 43,000 sqft. instructional support center/school board building. The project contains but is not limited to the following: sitework, clearing, grubbing, grading, asphalt paving, concrete paving, chain link fence, ornamental fence, concrete foundations, masonry and cast stone, CMU, metak roof deck, steel structure, light gauge metal trusses, light gauge metal framing, metal cupola, aluminum walkway covers, carpentry, architectural woodwork, waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, asphalt single roofing, PVC roofing, joint sealers, fiber cement siding, metal doors, wood doors and hardware installation, storefront, painting, tile, resilient flooring, drywall, acoustical ceilings, toilet partitions, visual display boards, flagpoles, message baords, elevators, plumbing, fire sprinkler, HVAC, and electrical. The deadline for submitting pre-qualification requirements for this project is 2:00 PM on February 10, 2023. Contractors must provide proof of previous job experience within 30% of the cost of this project. OCSD will consider the submittal and respond within 5 days if the submittal is not accepted.
