All onsite employees must have completed the ten-hour construction safety training program required under Section 292.675 RSMo The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids, and to select the bid(s) deemed most advantageous to the District. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of opening bids.
