Project was awarded to Merit Construction Company for $28,620,883.23. The Fulton County Schools ("FCS") is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide Construction Services for Middle College at McClarin High School. The services to be performed by the contractor ("Contractor") shall have as their objective the efficient, economical, timely and complete delivery of the work by managing the construction of the project within the time and cost limitations and within established quality requirements.
