The NEW BEDFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Brickenwood Access Control and Front Entry Replacement REBID at Brickenwood in New Bedford, Massachusetts . The Project consists of but not limited to: Installation of access control system at ten doors and replacement of five front entry doors with sidelights. There is an add alternate for 4 more access control locations and two more front entry doors with sidelights. A. Work of this Project is described as the removal and replacement of front entry doors and sidelights and installation of an access control system B. The construction shall be completed in 60 consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The work is estimated to cost $98,572.00. MBE (18%), WBE (6.9%)
