Site work for a civil project in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
IFB - Shady Knoll Drive Outfall Improvement Project. Not MassDOT funded. 5% bid deposit required. 50% payment bond w/contract. Prevailing Wage. Town reserves right to reject any & all bids, waive informalities and to award contract in its best interest. The outfall project consists of improvements including but not limited to, installation of manhole, installation of reinforced concrete pipe, installation of flared end outfall, installation of gravel fill, and installation of rip rap. Roadway improvements including but not limited to, the disposal of bituminous concrete pavement; installation of new catch basins, installation of new catch basin frames and covers, placement of hot mix asphalt, removal and installation of new bituminous concrete berm, and installation of road markings.
