Site work for a water / sewer project in Miami Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of Work for the above-referenced Fire Flow Projects is as recommended in the City's Water System Master Plan dated October 2019 for fire flow improvements within the Flamingo and City Center Neighborhoods. The work includes upsizing approximately 6,020 LF of existing water mains to of 6", 8", 12", and 16" diameter zinc-coated and polywrapped ductile iron pipe to meet fire flow pressures. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles, for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, Work or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
