Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pacifica, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

As of June 2, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The project includes new synthetic turf sports field approximately 150,000 sqft, new outdoor learning area, new play structure with safety surfacing, new chain link fence and gates, motorized vehicle gate, and minor modifications to the ADA restrooms. The new play structure is owner purchased, contractor to receive and install. The synthetic turf, infill, and shock/ drain pad (Brock pad) work are not part of this bid. They will be provided and installed by a Turf contractor under separate contract with the owner, procured through CMAS. Work by the Turf contractor shall be managed by the General Contractor for this bid. Everything else shown in the contract documents are to be provided and installed by the contractor under this bid. Work is to start on site on 06/12/2023, with portions of the work to be completed by 8/11/2023, and the sports field completed by 12/31/2023. Prequalification of the General Contractor, bid bond, other bonds and insurances and prevailing wage are required for the project.
