Niagara College is looking for a qualified Supplier to conduct Type II and III Asbestos Abatement and Disposal Services (the "Services") at all College campus locations. The College has a current need for these Services, including the asbestos removal, disposal, treatment and re-insulation of four (4) areas within the Voyageur building at the Welland Campus. The Current Project Timeline is as follows: Abatement Work Area 1, 2 and 3 is to be completed prior to March 31, 2023 Abatement Work Area 4 is to be completed after May 30 2023, but before August 1, 2023 Proponents may submit questions to the RFP Contact Person by February 7, 2023; 3:00:00 pm local time.
