This notification is provided to inform and advise potential bidders of a project proposed by the Lambton Kent District School Board. This notification of project shall be considered as a supplement to the Bid Documents for the project and as such will become part of the Quotation and contract documents. This procurement is covered by CETA Chapter Nineteen (19) and CFTA Chapter Five (5). The Intent of this Request for Bid is to obtain bids to perform work to complete grass cutting, lawn rolling and athletic field maintenance at schools throughout Lambton Kent District School Board and St. Clair Catholic District School Board. Project start date: April 2022 The Purchaser may amend any timeline, including the Submission Deadline, without liability, cost, or penalty, and within its sole discretion. Submission of Bids Electronic bids will be received from pre-qualified suppliers only. Execution of Contract The Successful Proponent(s) will be required to acknowledge the Boards purchase order/Agreement/Contract which will incorporate all of the terms and conditions of the Request for Quotation, within seven (7) calendar days of issuance for the provision of these services. If a selected proponent fails to acknowledge our purchase order/Agreement/Contract within seven (7) calendar days of issuance, the Board may in its sole and absolute discretion and without incurring any liability, rescind the selection of that Proponent and execute the forfeiting of the Bid Bond.
