Questions Due Date: Thursday, February 2, 2023. For the State Street Campus (Lake), this garage may be deconstructed as early as the summer of 2023. It will be out of service for approximately two and a half years. The City will deduct the cost for this garage from total bid price during the time of deconstruction of the old garage and construction of new garage. Prior to start of the each facility and upon completion of the each facility, contact Glenn Hall at 608-266-4744. All cleaning should take place Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday - Sunday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. Window sills must be wiped down after each cleaning. It will be the contractor's responsibility to contact the City Parking Utility's current elevator maintenance company for access to elevator shafts for window cleaning. The contact information will be provided to the winning vendor. The contractor shall be responsible for all costs incurred in gaining access to elevator shafts. Some ramps may require the use of a lift device, boom truck, or abseiling/rope access. Work performed will exclude the windows on all cashier booths.
