Renovation of a multi-residential development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and three-story above grade multi-residential development.

Object of the contract The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to carry out the total repair of the roofs and the installation of an access hatch at habitations Perras located at 8752, 8758, 8764 and 8770, boulevard Perras in the borough of Rivière -des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles in Montreal. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. The work will be carried out in four (4) 3-storey buildings . During the works, the apartments will be occupied. 2. Duration of work According to current planning, work is expected to begin around May 2023 , but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 16 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
