The City of Fort Lauderdale is looking for a contractor to provide Air Conditioning Replacement Services to the Public Works Department in full accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions withing this informal bid. Provide and replace existing Trane unit with Trane Model number TCD420B40A2CA1AB at the George T Lohmeyer Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1765 S.E. 18th Street Fort Lauderdale Fl 33316. Addition options required: Protective Coating on Evaporator and Condenser coils Protective Coating on Interior and Exterior Cabinet Condensate Drain Pan Overflow Switch 304 or 316 Stainless steel or marine grade aluminum (one of following: 5083,5086,5454,5456,5754) drain pan 304 or 316 Stainless steel or marine grade aluminum (one of following: 5083,5086,5454,5456,5754) curb adaptors Programmable Thermostat Owner will: Provide Water, Restrooms Lockout/Tagout equipment Provide access to site for site visits during bidding. Contractor will: Coordinate orders; store equipment offsite if necessary; deliver equipment to site on date of project start Provide crane and required insurance Perform all rigging to ensure safe lifts. Provide larger electrical disconnects and wiring if new is larger than existing. Perform all other work for operable system. Contractor to dispose of all materials offsite.
