Magnolia Housing Authority (MHA) is seeking Statements of Qualifications for a construction manager for the renovation of the existing units. Deadline for Submitting Written Questions January 26, 2023 Magnolia Housing Authority ("MHA") is requesting qualifications from experienced construction management firms to provide expertise in improvements to MHA property. The selected construction manager will assist MHA with construction management services as future projects become defined. Likely development opportunities may include, but are not limited to: o Rehab of existing properties. Respondents under this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") are expected to be able to provide construction services once projects become available. Respondents should consider their organizational capacity, areas of expertise, prior construction and current workloads when submitting responses under this RFQ SCOPE OF SERVICES MHA's goal is to renovate multi-family properties proceed as expeditiously as possible. Responses that demonstrate an ability to complete a renovated multi-family development on the earliest possible, realistic schedule will be favorably received by MHA. Respondent shall certify its ability to start work immediately and should propose a staffing plan that describes the existing time commitments of the staff proposed to be assigned to the project and whether any of the staff will be locally based. This RFQ is intended to procure a construction manager for the revitalization of current units. Respondents are encouraged to present to MHA an experienced and qualified team including the trades required for the success of revitalization of units.
