Site work and new construction of a military facility in Petawawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot, one-story above grade military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new 1100m2 Fire Fighting Station and training facility. The build will comprise of concrete foundations and slab on grade; steel structure, along with metal cladding and SBS bitumen envelop whereas the site included concrete sidewalks, curbs, pads, structural steel hose tower, racks, gravel and landscaping including mechanical and electrical services associated to site and building. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
