The Ramp is located along Evanston's lakefront just east of Church Street and serves approved season permit holders of trailer launched power boats up to 22 feet in length, sailboats between 15 and 22 feet in length and personal watercraft (jet skis). Bid must include all applicable environmental water testing as required by IDNR, IEPA, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. BID BOND: 5% of Contract Amount PERFORMANCE/MATERIAL & LABOR PAYMENT BOND: 100% of Contract Amount The City of Evanston reserves the right at any time and for any reason to cancel his or her solicitation, to accept or reject any or all bids or any portion thereof, or to accept an alternate response.
