Advanced Excavating and Demo was awarded the project occurring at 313 Central Ave, North Baltimore, OH Such proposals as herein concerned shall be for the following described: Wood County Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program Asbestos abatement and demolition A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount shall accompany each proposal submitted. Upon entering into a contract with the Owner, the contractor must then file a bond for the amount of the contract, and the check will be returned to the successful and unsuccessful bidders when the contract is executed. The successful bidder will be required to sign an affidavit of contractor or supplier of non-delinquency of personal property taxes in accordance with Section 5719.042, Revised Code of Ohio and an Affidavit Regarding Child Support, pursuant to the Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 92-2041.
