Site work for a municipal facility in Hibbing, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Hibbing, Minnesota will receive bids for the Hull Rust & Hibbing Taconite Mine View Phase II Project subject to terms and conditions contained in Bidding Documents prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. Bids will be on Lump Sum basis. Any person monitoring the meeting remotely may be responsible for any documented costs. Message and data rates may apply. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. Contractors may be requested to submit "Contractor's Qualification Statement". This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Prevailing Wages. The selected bidder, if any, will be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for this Work. Owner reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding.
